Spark Road AI ("Spark Road AI," "we," "us," or "our") builds and operates done-for-you AI chat and voice systems for local service businesses. Spark Road AI is a division of EMH Stores LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit sparkroadai.com, chat with us, book a call, or request a demo, how we use that information, how we share it, and the rights you have. Personal information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, business name, website, and anything you share in a form, a chat, a booked call, or a demo. Technical/derivative information our systems collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the dates and times you access the site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking"). Conversation data: messages you exchange with our website chat assistant, and — if you use a voice feature or request a callback — voice recordings and transcripts of that interaction. Payment information: when you purchase, payment is handled by our third-party processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Our services use artificial intelligence, including an AI chat assistant on this website and AI voice agents. When you interact with these features: • You may be interacting with an automated AI system rather than a person. We disclose when you are talking to an AI. • AI voice interactions may be recorded and transcribed to deliver the service, follow up accurately, support quality assurance, and improve our systems. • You can request human follow-up at any time, and you can ask us to delete recordings or transcripts. • You may opt out of having your data used to train or improve our AI by emailing us. We cannot "un-train" a model on data already processed, but we will exclude your data from future training.
If you submit your phone number to request a callback or voice demo, you are giving prior express consent to receive an automated phone call placed by an AI voice agent at the number you provide. The voice on that call is software, not a live person, and the call may be recorded and transcribed. During or after the call we may text you a secure link or follow-up information. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive AI calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You can opt out at any time — tell the agent to stop, reply STOP to any text, or email us at the address below — and we will suppress further automated contact.
We use your information to: respond to your inquiry and chat messages; place the callback or demo you requested; schedule and confirm appointments; deliver, support, and improve the services you purchase; send you onboarding details and service updates; process payments and refunds; prevent fraud and abuse; meet legal obligations; and, where you have opted in, send you relevant offers. Conversations with our AI may be reviewed to improve quality and accuracy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only so they can provide services to us: • Stripe — payment processing • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (HighLevel) — CRM, messaging, scheduling • Retell AI — AI voice calling and transcription • Twilio — telephony for placing and receiving calls and texts • Cloudflare — website hosting and bot/spam protection (Turnstile) Each provider processes your data only to deliver its service to us and is bound to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Your data may be stored on servers in the United States.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us: • No data sharing: all text-messaging opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the SMS service. • Marketing restriction: your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. • Limited use: your SMS opt-in data is used only for the purposes you consented to, such as appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, the secure payment link, and any promotional messages you opted into. • Opt-out: text STOP at any time to stop messages; text HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they are used; if you disable them, some features may not work properly.

Voice recordings are typically retained no longer than 90 days unless a longer period is needed for legal or dispute-resolution purposes; transcripts may be kept up to 12 months to improve service quality. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained longer for analytics.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.

You also have AI-specific rights: to opt out of voice recording (by disconnecting), to request human review of an automated decision that significantly affects you, and to request deletion of voice recordings or transcripts. California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
